For over 60 years, Van Hool has a reputation for designing and building high quality, state-of-the-art, customized products. For Macedonian plant located in Technological Industrial Development Zone, Skopje 1, Ilinden we are currently looking for:


Supervisor Job Duties:

    Supervises the Bodywork unit and coordinates the activities of the team leaders;
    Accomplishes production plans by planning resources, assigning personnel, monitoring, coaching, and disciplining employees;
    Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing working systems, policies, and procedures.
    Maintains staff by helping in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; Evaluates the staff and suggests promotions in accordance with the company policies.
    Generates reports for Management by compiling, and analyzing production performance records and data;


Required skills:

    BSc in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) educational level
    5 years of relevant industrial working experience with leading teams
    Strong problem solving, planning and organisational skills
    Good communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
    Excellent attention to technical details
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    Fluent verbal and written Macedonian and English Language
