Knowledge – Competences – Tools: These are just some of the benefits for you if you participate in the International Project Management e-Learning course offered by the Alumniportal Deutschland! You will learn the basic steps of international project management and apply them to a real project, perform and understand the role of a project manager and become equipped with relevant tools for planning, software solutions, monitoring and evaluation.

Given the big demand we had for the first implementation, we are happy to offer this tutored e-Learning course again. It will start on 16 October and continue until 8 December 2017.

The course “International Project Management” consists of six modules. The first 4 modules focus on project management related skills and knowledge, module 5 addresses corporate sustainability, which can both be part of international projects and one of the resources to generate projects from. Module 6 “Cross cultural communication” refers to the intercultural component of international projects.
